Session Planning
We can meet with you prior to coming into the studio. This helps both of us plan your session and make the most of your studio time.

Payment
We require a 20% deposit on projects at the time of booking.  The remainder is due on delivery of services at the end of the project.  All recordings remain the property of Cove Studios until balances are paid in full.

Cancellation
You are required to contact us at least 48 hours prior to your session to cancel for any reason and reschedule it, without being penalized.  If you cancel after the 48-hour grace period and/or do not reschedule your cancelled session, you will lose your deposit.

Media Storage and Archiving
We exercise proper care and handling of all recorded material from our recording sessions.  However, we do not assume any liability for loss or damage to any such property.  Clients may purchase a data back up CD/DVD after each session if they wish.

Client Equipment Storage
Although Cove Studios exercises proper care and handling of all client equipment and personal property brought into the studio facility, Cove Studios assumes no liability for loss or damage to any such property. In the event you are recording multiple days in succession, you may leave your equipment in the Studio overnight, but we assume no responsibility for your equipment.

Property Rights
All media, data storage devices and materials used and/or created in your sessions will remain the sole property of Cove Studios until the account balance has been paid in full.

Facility Policies
Cove Studios maintains a relaxed professional environment.  Our facility is Drug Free and Non-Smoking (Smoking is acceptable outside on our patio). We take pride in our studio and its equipment.   If a client or anyone in the client’s party damages or steals anything in the facility, you will be charged.

Use of Studio Instruments and Equipment
Cove Studios owns a variety of instruments (keyboards, drums, percussion).  We welcome you to use any of our equipment.  Please make arrangements prior to your session so we have the equipment in house and ready to use.  By using our gear you will be responsible for any damage that happens while you are using it.
